- 1 pound Thinly sliced beef Ribeye or sirloin preferred
- 2 packages Enoki mushrooms ~200g each bottom ends trimmed
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce Use low-sodium for a healthier option
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake Substitute with dry white wine if needed
- 2 tsp Sugar Substitute with honey or monk fruit for alternatives
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil Adds flavor and richness
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Grated
- 2 Green onions Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds For garnish
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil For pan-frying
