- 12 oz Pasta Fettuccine linguine, or penne
- 1 lb Fresh salmon fillets Skin removed
- 3/4 cup Basil pesto Homemade or store-bought
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream Or half-and-half for lighter option
- 2 cloves Garlic Finely minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon Zest and juice
- 1/4 cup Reserved pasta water
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Plus extra for serving
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill Chopped
- Salt and pepper To taste
- Red pepper flakes Optional for heat
Prepare the Salmon:
