1 Cutting Board For prepping mushrooms
1 Knife Sharp, to cut ends of enoki
1 Bowl For mixing marinade

- 1 pound thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin preferred
- 2 packs enoki mushrooms 200g each
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin see substitutions below
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds garnish
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Prepare the Enoki Mushrooms
Create the Marinade
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and half the green onions.
